International Recruitment Account Manager
LCS Group is the parent company of a group of companies that make a strong combination in the field of Conversational Commerce, consisting of LiveChat Service (managed services), Cobrowser.net (conversational software) and LCS Agency (data driven marketing). Customers are served worldwide from offices in The Netherlands, Germany and The USA.
Because software development is one of the main activities of our company, we employ several developers based all over the world. In order to expand these activities, we have decided to place them in a separate recruitment agency that provides its services not only to ourselves, but also to third parties.
For this we are looking for an International Recruitment Account Manager.
In this role you will actively approach the market and expand existing relationships. You build networks of (potential) clients and create brand awareness to expand the placement options of our developers. You have a good view on the different target groups and are therefore able to connect supply and demand quickly, qualitatively and professionally. But most important: you know what you are talking about in an international development environment.
